Pastoral Counseling
Our ministry includes providing individual, marriage and crisis counseling for ministry leaders such as pastors, missionaries and those in parachurch organizations all over the world through one-on-one counseling sessions either online or in person.

We provide individual counseling session (with Rachel, with Eric or with Rachel and Eric).
We also provide private, week-long, intensive couples therapy through daily video conferences, just the four of us. Couples set themselves aside, someone cares for their children, and they take real time off from work to devote 5 days to focus on restoring their marriage.
We have had the honor of hosting more than 250 intensive weeks!

Crisis Counseling
Our work also includes intervention in cases of crisis, whether on the foreign field or in any transitional-crisis situations in a ministry setting.
Example: We helped with crisis-post trauma counseling work with missionaries and pastors (singles and couples) in Haiti after the earthquake for AGWM in 2010.

Who Are Eric and Rachel?
Pastors, Sex Therapists, & Marriage and Family Counselors
We have been serving God by providing marriage, family and relationship counseling for the past 30 years. We understand how unresolved relationship problems negatively affect the kingdom of God and so we are passionate to move the kingdom forward by assisting people to have the healthiest relationships possible. We are also sought after speakers, as we travel the world addressing conferences and making media appearances.
As we began our church planting ministry in France in 1991, we focused on women in distress and drug addicts. In 2000, we and our five young sons left the safety of our passport country to answer the call of the great commission in a communist country in Southeast Asia.
Serving God on the mission field was very challenging but He used our painful journey, through a life-threatening cancer and the depression that ensued, to shape our ministry. In 2008, the focus of our ministry changed. We moved to Colorado and began offering comprehensive marriage counseling, among others, to pastors and missionaries from all over the globe.

No. We take one couple at a time.
Is the one-week intensive the same for everyone?
No. Each intensive is tailor-made for your individual couple and your unique situation; the programs depends on the solutions we want to bring to you.

Absolutely! We specialize in crisis counseling and have an amazing prayer team that will carry you through your week intensive. We have about 1000 people around the globe praying for each couple that goes through our intensives.
